We signed up for a $500.00 Bronze Package with Ispeedway, a web based store, advertising the following: Sell products online with little or no effort. We ordered their 30 day free trial package and was told they would help set up the Website. Well there help meant trying to get you to investmore at least $1000.00 or more to have them run your business and all you had to do was sit back and earn money. After several phone calls and their trying to sell their upgrades they finally came up with a bronze package that offered 1 hour training professional set up of your website, 200,000 search engines and technical support. Well, first they changed the wrong credit account, than they charged both credit accounts, finally that was straightened out after 3 phone calls, than they charged the correct credit card twice, more phone calls 1st time they said they would refund the $500.00,2nd call they had to send it to their research dept. Still no word back 1 month later. Since they did not have authorization for the 2nd $500.00 I now have to get a lawyer and will be asking for the full amount paid back.
