[email protected], Thieves are on Verizon phone bill

Http://www.billview.com/esbi / sent me an invoice of a little over 15USD for services that I neither needed nor asked for. When I called them (I'm glad that I paid my bill on line, because if I had used paper, I would not have gotten a number) I was on hold for 1/2 hour by a machine that came on looping "We will answer you in the order we receive...")

When a human being came to the phone he asked me to verify my name and address information, as though he was the telephone company. I aked him why and what the charges were for and he told me that I asked for them, online??? An 800 number that I could give to people???

I told him that I did not ask for the service. He told me that he would credit me the charges and that they would be seen on my next bill.
