False advertisement, betrayal, and bad business practices

Wildblue is very unclear about the details of their Fair Access Policy. It states that you are allowed a maximum of 17gb of data usage per month. I was blind to the truth of this statement until it was clearly explained to me after noticing it was not resetting each month. The amount of data you use on the first day of the 30 day period is all you get back each month, meaning I could use 10mb of data the first day and 16gb the rest of the month and only have a little less than 1gb of data usage for the next month. This is not clearly stated anywhere on their explanation of the Fair Access Policy on their website nor was I ever told of this anytime during my usage of their service. I only found out about this by accident. I feel betrayed and that I am not getting the full service that I pay for each month, which is high priced in the first place.
