We order moving service from this company and they never mentioned, not once, that they would charge us for packaging. If they had mentioned it to me I would have asked for an estimate. But since I was not aware about any packaging fee how can I ask them. They only told me that they will charge me $65/hr for 2 men to pack amd move our stuff. They said that packing is included. I was expecting to pay only $500 for the move but I ended up paying $1300. They charged me $900 for packing 9 items and they never mentioned this to me. I talked to Novi, customer service, and she confimed that she did not mention the packaging fee because I never ordered it. But when Stan, one of the movers came he said that they had to pack our stuff otherwise they will not move them. But he never mentioned that he will charge me for the packing materials. WHen I talked to Novi she said that $65 included packing. I tried calling their manager, Mike but never returned my phone calls. They are very hard to reach now that I am filing a complaint and asking for a refund. I just want my $900 back!
