I initially had horsepower picture, free of charge, when I bought an horsepower device within the early 2003. Subsequently horsepower bought down to Snapfish. Subsequently Snapfish arrived 'free' (it'd been to become before as HP Picture) to Comcast customers. Then I shifted plus they wouldn't I would like to alter my account data. Not just that, I will no further obtain my pictures when I might with HP Picture, of course if I actually do, they are half the dimension when I submitted. This really is and Snapfish required around in 2005. WHY they wont I would like to alter anything as easy as my email address, who understands
On 11/2/08 I received an e-mail from Snapfish telling me that if I don't 'purchase' something from them that they are going to close my account. Yes, the consideration together I'd no option in, which I've no capability to change. I instantly replied requesting them why do I've to buy, of course if they are truly likely to shut it. I requested they deliver my my collection on Disc to allow them to shut my bill.
I've been through (2) pcs and ALL my pictures are on that consideration. I'd be DEVISTATED when they shut it; itis poor enough I can not retreive them without them wanting just like a postage stamp! Our lesson learned by not producing my very own back up, but disgrace in it for 'threatening' me with one of these emails once they do not have the courtesy to react. So far as I understand, in one single week I will not be ready to gain access to my last 5 years of pictures
