Of Jacksonville Long Distance Bill

Received a bill for $6.37 for a phone call that said,
"The following calls were completed using MCI's Newwork. The charges for these calls will not be on any other telephone company"s invoice. Please pay upon receipt to MCI. Thank you.

The bill shows the phone call going from my phone number to someone in NJ.

I am a subscriber to the Comcast phone service... All outbound calls within the US are free!

Concern is not the amount, but the potential for identify theft if some well meaning person sends a check.

Would appreciate knowing how to file a complaint with the FCC and FBI. From your records it almost appears they were quite for the last few years... Well they are back!
