I ordered a Star Wars Boba Fett costume from www.costumesinc.com for Halloween.
When it arrived, it was in a box, outside of the Pre-Packaged Bag, and 3 different sizes. The helmet fit, the body suit was 2 sizes too large, and the belt was 3 sizes too large and couldn't be worn. It was also very poor in quality — nothing like the pic on the website, and obviously, they threw together whatever they had since none of it was in the 'Officially Licensed' bag, and the bag had been opened previously.
The costume was damaged, pieces missing, and when I went back to their website to exchange/get store credit, no reply at all, and they will not refund the $22 Shipping that was the Only Choice — all other shipping options were not available.
I've sent 2 emails, and no response.
Weird thing is UPS keeps showing up at my door to pick up a package, but they have no info... Is it for the Costume? I don't think so since their website says I have to pay to return it.
Avoid this company and just go to the local 'Party Store' or find a different source online.
