With Pick Up And Return Don ever buy HP ADP warranty

Until this time, I have spent 599 for the laptop and 230 for the Accidental Damage protection. As a student, this is the first time I spent money that I earned from my sweat after working in campus really hard for a year just to get this laptop. Now, I am about to loose another thousand dollar because of this stupid company.

It has been almost a month Hp still hold my laptop while now I am about to fail 2 of my classes because the number of incomplete assignment keep increasing and this 2 classes I took more than 1000dlr worth of money. That is why I put this stupid company name in ripoff report. The first time when I got interested with HP product, I read that HP Protection service is one of the company that has the highest ranking in costumer satisfaction.

Satisfaction??? Look what happen to me!!! I called the costumer service to ask when is exactly will I got my laptop back, but they can only tell me the same information as what I can get/check by my self from online which is sucks/not clear and none of them can give me further information about my laptop. A week after they received my laptop, they sent me a mail and tell me there will be a HP representative call to discuss about the next possible shipping time, and they call me more than week a go, on Thursday says my laptop will be sent on Friday.

I expected to receive it on monday and it did not come. So, next step I decided to contact the CS again by chat. What I got is waiting for another week until Nov 11. Now is Nov10.2008 and after I check my laptop it still not shipped yet. What is this mean??? Why dont they use their stupid brain to think about how important is their costumer. I felt like being played by HP. I am in a very heavy frustration now.

I am broke, I dont know what happened to my laptop and my school is mess up because of these stupid service does not know how to treat their costumer. Now, I am not talking about a small company here. This is a big company where the employee should work professionally and it seems like HP just good at talking and spreading their promise to the costumer so they can earn as much money from the protection service.

I have a brother who use Dell protection program for 4years and things like this never happen to him, not a single time. Same thing with my HTC phone protection program, it never happened like this for more than a year. How come? What's the difference? Is it because HTC and Dell employee can work better than what HP got? Or HP got a lot of lazy a* people working for them so I have to wait 3weeks delay on my laptop.

Now, I hope Every boss who work for HP read this and if they are really professional, they should know time and money is very important, so there will be no more costumer loosing money, time, and knowledge just because of some HP employee who can not do their job on time. Maybe the amount of money I spent and about to loose is sound a little for you rich people who don't understand the consumer needs and satisfaction, but its to much for a student like me who work as dishwasher at school washing thousands of plates and getting paid only 6dlr and hour. I spent hard money here and what I got is very bad service from HP. I got ripoff by the stupidity of a company service.
