HP rude, unreliable, and ripping people off 1 at a time
I bought my laptop in 2007 hoping it would last more than 5years little did i know it would only last no more than 5months
I had a one year warranty on my laptop and the hard drive was having failure problems I called support and they gave me attitude as if I didn't know what I was talking about. The tech guy explain that to me it was no older than 2 years how could the hard drive be failing?! I'm like can you be a professional and tell me how? Because I don't know, don't be giving me any attitude, so unprofessional. So i sent in the computer so they can check it out and all they did was reformatted my laptop but the laptop was still getting the blue screen of death! And they sent it back without the mouse clicker set in the correct housing, and the fingerprint scanner wasn't set in its housing either! So I had to send it back again and tell them that the computer is still reporting hard drive failure. They sent it back and the computer was working fine, I know they didn't replace the hard drive because it was still acting up. So on the 2nd to last month of expiration on my warranty, my speakers blew out and they replaced it but it took them until the final day of my expiration to give me back my laptop. It made me seem as if they were holding it just until it expired so they wouldn't have to do any more work on it if it goes broken. I hate HP! Their out sourcing is so ridiculous as if I'm going to believe this Indian lady name is really Jennifer, and she is so hard to understand! Talking to an American is just the same but with attitude! So I say save your money and do research for a better computer with better costumer service.
Everyone I know with an HP has had problems with their computer and said the costumer service rep sucks!!!
