I purchased phone service and equipment from this company and never received. I placed mumerous of calls and the CSR agent continued to tell me to call back in a frew days and I did and nothing was never done, but I was told they would submit my comnplaint to the supervisor it took the supervisor 9 days to return my call. I was placed on hold for over 22 minutes and then was hung up on 4 times. I asked then to stop billing me monthly service cause I still do not have their equipment and yet they still bill me for monthly service. Now agent name Tina called me and told me that they will not issue mea refund and that I will have to pay $99 for early termination service for service that I never received in the first place. So now I've had to pay $98 for equipment never received and $33 for monthly service I never obrtained and now $99 for early terminaion totalling $238.00 for service and equipment I never got. So now is this how business can rip off consumers and get away with it... Please people do not order from thi company... Customer service is horrible and they continue to charge your card after they have been askedto stop... Bogus company... Love to still peoples money.
