I renewed my phone service contract with At&t in June. I have been a loyal paying customer for the last few years. During that time I told my friends and family how great Cingular and Att were. My parents switched over there company to Att do to me recommending them. I have told many people that they are the best. That is what I thought until I renewed my service with Att and got these cool new phone from LG the Shine!
After I renewed my service I went on a few business trips and also a vacation in the trial period. So I was not able to really see how the Shine worked. But I did notice that there was some trouble. So I tried to talk to some one when I was in Colorado. They told me to call the number provided. So I did that. I tried some other things and they told me to go back to the store that I bought the phone from. When I was finally able to it was to late.
So thanks to a poorly made phone along with pore service I have rarely been able to use my phone when I need to. I am unable to be in my home office and use the phone. I hope that a client or business associate will not call when I am in my office. I do not make calls when I in my office. I have to drive about a mile away for the phone to work.
I have tried everything with ATT and LG to get my service back to the point that it was at prior to me renewing my phone. Before I renewed my contract I used a V235 that I bought at Wal-Mart it was beat up from my time in the Marines. It worked great even with all the paint chipped off.
In total I have been on the phone and in the stores trying to resolve my problem with ATT and LG for over 40 hours. To no Avail. One guy from LG told me that he could not take my complaint. I am old fashioned and believe that customer service is very important. I know big corporations don't care about one person but I do! ATT and LG does not care about you or me. They have violated the contract that I signed with them. That is Illegal in my eyes. I know contractors get arrested for that. Why is ATT and LG exempt for that?
