Buyer beware... This company is very shady. We were lured by a $99 special to have our ducts cleaned. Less than 15 minutes into the technician's arrival the cost was over $450, with an additional $250 in 'extras' he said we should get. Needless to say, we asked him to leave. Do not be fooled by his scare tactics of telling you that you and your children will get sick.
Red Flag! The technician also claimed to be a licensed home inspector and he wanted to see out crawl space to "check out the structural issues, look for mold, and just make sure everything is OK." I can only imagine what type of a scam he would have come up with, and wanted to offer as a remedy for us... This company is NOT licensed to make these offers or perform this type of work. I have reported them to the state Contractors Construction Board (CCB), and come to find out this is not their first offense.
Do your homework, research who is coming into your home, and don't be fooled - or at least get a second opinion if this or something similar happens to you.
