I ordered flowers to be sent to my aunt's funeral service in Florida. I went online and found what I thought was an FTD Florist. I ordered an arrangement and paid $82 by credit card.
My parents flew down to the ceremony and came back 3 days later and said there were no flowers from me. I called the florist & left a message, that their answering service said would be returned within 24 hours. It was not. 2 days later I called again. Again, was forced to talk to answering service and again said they would call back. They did not.
I then called my credit card, Bank of America and they said they would refund my card, which they did and go after the florist themselves. I'm just so mad that if my parents had not gone to the service then I would never have known that my flowers were not delivered.
