Ordered flowers on the Guaranteed same day delivery etc. I ordered them in time and told them before 4pm. I got the confirmation etc. They did not deliver on Friday!!! I called MANY times to cancel this order and was told it was an answering service and they could not help me only forward a message and would get a call back. I called 8 times and never got a call back, they billed my card the day delivery was suppose to be. The florist said he got the order at 4:15pm and called gregory scotte and was told Monday delivery was fine. NOT FINE the person is no longer there!!! Besides that, the flowers were some poor attempt at what I had originally ordered... Not even acceptable. I have not been able to contact them at all. They suck!!! You will get ripped off!!!
