I paid 235.90 USD and I never get anything. I ordered the 06/30

I made an order on the site PerfumeFreeZone (a Yahoo! Store Merchant) the 06/30 for 235.90 USD.
I bought:

- 1 Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglasses, W3275-Silver 3025 (99.00 USD)
- 1 Hugo Boss Soul for men perfume by Hugo Boss, 3.0 Oz (37.95 USD)
- 1 Light Blue by Dolce & Gabana for women, 3.4 Oz (63.95 USD)
- Shipping (35.00 USD)

The order number is Yhst-28976387279911 Today, 10/29, I received nothing at all.

I wrote several mails to the merchant but I didn't get my money back.

I already wrote to Yahoo! (ref KMM74844127V61050L0KM) who told me to contact IC3 for that issue, but I didn't get any response since the 10/05.
