I bought a pair of Hugo Boss shoes on what appeared to be a genuine hugo boss website (hugobossshop. Eu) and I paid for the order with credit card. The site for payment is fashionpay, but you only realise it's a different site when you submit the order of payment. Got both the payment and order confirmation emails, they took the money from my account, but I didn´t get the shoes nor the money back. They have sent emails in a very poor English (They seem to be Chinese) saying they are sorry and that they will give me a refund. Liars.
I contacted Hugo Boss Customer service (the real one) and they replied that unfortunately this was a fake site.
This is outrageous criminal behavior. Someone should get these people!!!
