I ordered a 200.00 knife from this company over a month ago. I have sent them at least 20 e-mails and called countless times. NO ONE answers the phone or returns call or e-mails. They have taken my money and i can't even find a live person to speak to. This company is a joke. I am sending Mr. Arnold a personal letter to let him know about my experience. I have never had such a horrible time with a company.
