How does the market allow these people to stay in business.
I ordered a part for my go kart on June 1 15 days have gone by and still NO PART or no tracking number, I called them but they only want e-mails but that doesnt matter because they don't answer, I called them and pretty much was told not to bother them and will only deal in E-MAILS, i HAVE SENT THEM 2 E-MAILS 24 HOURS FROM EACH OTHER, THIS IS THE WORST ORDER EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
