In late Spring of 2002 I ordered a pair of sneakers from JD Marvel. They arrived several months later and had sent me women's shoes. I am a man. I returned them and asked for a simple exchange. I was told they would do this and refund the mailing cost for the return.
Then I heard nothing for months. Finally I started e-mailing their customer service and was told by a women Pauline that they could not locate the return. Several weeks later (and many more e-mail requests for help) I was tole by Pauline that my package had been found and I would receive the shoes and mail refund soon. That was over 7 weeks ago.
I still have heard nothing and they do not respond to e-mails from me and they don't answer the customer service phone line. I am extrememly angrey about this. I live on disability and can't afford to lose a dime.
