I ordered a signal booster on 1/27/03 on line. I got confirmation that the amount for this booster was approved by my bank and was taken.
I hadnt received anything by the first of March and called the phone number I had which was not toll free. I called this number for 3 days and got busy signals.
I finally got ahold of someone in C.S. Who told me the boosters were back order and the person handling the order would e-mail me.
I got an e-mail from Pauline in C.S. March 7th and was told that I should get my purchase with 2 weeks.
Two weeks came and went and I tried to e-mail Pauline and have not gotten any response.
I received an e-mail from another C.S. Rep, Greg, saying that he could not locate my order by the internet order number I provided and that he needed my name and address.
I sent this e-mail on 3/26/03 and as of today, 4/1/03 I have not received my purchase or any further e-mails from anyone.
