I placed an order with urban denim company on or about October 6. My card was charged the next day. After a week, I wondered why I had not received the four perfume that I ordered.
I called this company everyday leaving message after message and nobody ever called me back. I started sending email at which point I received a response saying my order was ready to go out that day and I would receive tracking info. Four more days passed. I called and called again. I sent another email stating I would contact the BBB and I wanted a refund. I received an email saying that the warehouse had flooded and they did not have all the fragrances I ordered but they would refund half the money and send me the two they had and give me an extra one for the trouble.
Today I received the package via UPS with two FAKE fragrances and leaking everywhere. One was not even the correct size as advertised and there was no extra although I did not want an extra fake anyway. Upon further research, I found that this company has frauded someone before with FAKE clothing saying it was real. I am taking legal action but also advising the public to not do business with this company. PLEASE don't waste your hard earned money on FAKE products.
