Found a pair of jeans on denim mall website and put the order in but was transferred to fashion pay to complete the order.
Got to the end and an error message appeared, I checked my account and my account was debited but on the denim mall website the order was incomplete and remains still now.
I contacted Fashion pay and they got back to me straight away saying that the order went through and they will contact the seller and set up the delivery.
Still haven't recieved my order with Fashionpay now not returning my emails.
I finally got a response from denim mall once asking for my order number and they would send my order ASAP that was a month ago...
