They send a watch that doesn't work;
You do not receive a user manual. FAQ list is inadequate and gives wrong and destructive information;
If you want to return your watch, you have to pay an additional amount of USD 27 for the return address;
They instruct DHL/UPS to destroy your package within 3 days after delivery, if you are not at home;
You have to wait 7 working days or longer before they answer your email;
They promise reshipment, but they don't reship it. They can't even prove reshipment (no tracking/tracing number). They fake shipment.
They delay communication so you can't claim a reverse payment from your credit card company. They don't respond to your email!
Last but not least: they only want your money! Their customer service department is not trying to satisfy client needs in case of a dispute.
If you do not receive a watch, IReplica is not willing to help you. They want you to claim reverse payment from your credit card company.
Please mind that it's my first bad experience with a internet company, and I have never written a negative review on the internet. I can prove the abovementioned issues with correspondence, that I will forward to you if you like.
