Charged my credit card and did not receive the merchandise Ripoff Nevada

I went on line to find my husband a watch for his birthday... I googled watches and found the Ireplica site... Ordered a knock off of a Breitling.
Order the watch on 7/12 they charged my credit card on 7/18... I sent 3 emails asking when I should receive the watch. They told me soon. I asked for a tracking number and that's wehn I heard nothing else... So then I googled them and found out they were scam artists... Should have done that first...
