OSP Charged my Verizon $12.04 Billing Resource

I called for my mother who got charged $12.04 from a supposed call from Tuscon Arizona 520-807-9955. It definitely was not a call accepted as it was the death of her sister.

I was transfered from Billing Resource 800-270-5405 to OSP Communications automatically. I told the gentleman it was an error... He wanted to know what amount and I told him and he said yes that was an error.
I got a confirmation # for the reversal that should appear next month.

I didn't inquire further but on second thought should have because after I hung up I wondered why he needed clarity on the amount. This makes me thing my poor mom has paid erroreneous charges in the past!!!

Does anyone have SUGGESTIONS on how to stop these culprits and get the word out that this is going on.
