I find it disheartening when a publisher takes the money and runs. A a legitimate publisher of a magzine that comes out on time every time it's a detriment to us all when someone continues to charge advertisers credit cards or takes a check to services that never end up being provided. At Flavor Magazine, we prode ourselves on customer service and making sure the client gets what they pay for!
