Placed an order through their internet site Aug. 15. Received an email verification and directions on where to send payment. The post office has verified that they cashed my money order immediately but kiteskiteskites.com have never sent the merchandise ordered. Devon Mazure (owner) does not respond to emails, snail mail or phone calls.
