I should have checked this company from the beginning! Their prices are wonderful. Watch Out! I ordered a kite and sent my check which was cashed immediately. After a week of hearing and receiving nothing I e-mailed and received a msg back that they were moving so there was a delay. Okay, I understood that. It has been over a month with still no kite. My messages are no longer being answered or going through and there is no number listed for them. I did find one phone number that goes straight to an answering machine. The BBB has given this company an F. I do hope you check this first before ordering anything from them. I never will again!
