I had to cancel my account with this company because I had lost my job. I had asked for a refund of the money that they took out of my checking account every month. I started making payments of 418.84 in March of and had paid them a total of $3350.72.
When I first called them to get a refund they sent me an email form to print out and fill out to process my refund. After sending back and not hearing anything, I emailed them again and they said the company was in receivership and the monies would be released at a later date. Now that they got a court ruling to go ahead with the refunds, they said that they will be sending out information within the next 20 days telling their clients how to file for them.
I had already filed for mine and feel they are giving me the run around. Also, I believe that they cannot take anymore than 15% of the total debt placed with them and $39.00 per month in which they had pulled their payments. Thats what my contract with them says. Anything less and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and possibly an Attorney!
