$26,000 over 31 months. Most of it gone. Why aren't they in jail?

Debt repair, they said. Pay $855.00 per month, for 31 months, we'll negotiate your debt. No problem. Two years later, two debts settled. Wow, must be starting to get something going. Last payment, August 15. Tried to call rep. No response. Summons for court. Lawyer paid for. No response from Hess Kennedy. Found out from attorney on case that should have been settled, that Hess Kennedy was in Receivership.

Looks like my wife and I can forget about retirement. Receiver says we probably won't get much of a reinbursement of our $26,000.00. Congress is bailing out banks and car companies, and for us small fries, we can't afford a jar of vaseline. Everyone involved with Hess Kennedy should be in jail, but that won't happen, because they have money. OUR MONEY!
