Hess Kennedy LLC is a dishonest lawfirm.
They made me sign a contract for $5,000.00 to take care of a couple of cases in federal court and then charged me an extra $230.00. (I have documents to prove it). Then Hess Kennedy did not provided the services they were paid to do in court. My cases were closed for lack of attention. They breach the contract and did not refund my money.
I sought the help of an attorney who said was going to; at least get my money back, from Hess Kennedy LLC, but later, after a while decided not to get involved. I call the Florida Bar and sent a complaint on December 15. But they told me that the only way I can get my money back is to sue them.
However, The Attorney General sued them and a settlement was reached. Unfortunately, I am not included in that settlement. I called the Receivership for Hess Kennedy and they said the firm got shut down. If anybody can help me find out how I can at least recover my money that I paid in good faith, I will greatly appriciate it.
