Bug Out was hired to spray my house for pests once a month. What ever they used didn't work, they had to keep coming out to spray for ants 2x a month every month. I then asked them to inspect my house for termites. They didn't ask me if I wanted a contract, nothing. They inspected said my house had them but they were not bad and I could wait on the treatment. Of course I had them do it immedately. They never came back to reinspect, never ask for a contract. I was taking wall paper off of my wall and noticed teminte tunnel. I called them, and it took them 2 weeks to return my call. The owner finally called me back and said, now remember first wasn't bad, now its "your house was totally infested when we sprayed the first time" Hello changed his tale. Then said something about a contract, when I reminded him that he never asked about one or that he never mentioned it. He said it was policy that the customer call every year to ask for an inspection. What? That was never mentioned either. Then he said he would come out on 8-19-08 and spray the infested area. He never called nor sprayed. This company is full of lies
