I contracted Dr. Green services this spring and had terrible service from the beginning. The untrained boys they sent out could care less what they sprayed and recklessly sprayed my precious plants that were costly to establish. I complained about it but got no resolution. I stated I wanted to be home the next time they sprayed so I could show my new plantings and areas I wanted sprayed. Nope, they sprayed again and killed my new plantings. They didn't get my backyard either. I have a fence but it doesn't lock which was their excuse. They charged me full price nonetheless. I dont think they ever came out to spray it after my next complaint. I told them to cancel my contract and they wanted to resolve by sending out another treatment. At this point I had Crabgrass growing better than my lawn. I don't know what they are spraying with (water most likely). I canceled and get a confirmation but because they were sending out one last 'spray' they considered it to be an open contract still. I was also having problems with them charging to my credit card without my authorization. I never authorized and 'AutoPay'. They kept charging to my card anyway. I live paycheck to paycheck and with them charging I would get over drafted with my bank. They did it again this past week unauthorized charging to my card with a canceled contract. I now have to pay on the overdraft. I don't even think they spray my backyard and they charge me full price too. I called them and got no resolution again. I thought they would be a good company but now I know they aren't. They should be shut down.
