I am physically handicapped but I always try to walk whenever possible, this time however, there were buggies full of plushy dog beds stacked 8 feet high right when you come in the front door. Being my normal klutzy self I tripped on my way in and hurt my foot on one of the buggies and the manager saw it happen, she didn't say anything so I started picking up all of the beds she ignored me or ask if I was ok, in fact she just turned around after making a very rude noise, she spent the rest of our trip there finding things to do in every aisle we were in. My foot was already turning blue and green and swollen so much and the pain was becoming very difficult to deal with so I just left my very full buggy there and left. Not once did she inquire if I was okay or if I was hurt or if there was anything she could do for me. She did act like I was a low down shoplifter. I have a master's degree and I don't steal from anywhere and most certainly not from there I am never going there again, and I hope that they fire that woman asap if you don't like working with the public you should get a job working with the animals or working with computers where you don't need a personality or manners.
