Catches on fire

I bought a buggy and the Buggy caught on FIRE and burned my garage down. They are trying to keep this quiet and pay off everyone who else this has happened. Beware, Beware Beware!!! The brakes also do not work right. I slide down a steep hill and almost killed myself before the fire.
