My checking account has been debited $69.95 with out my knowledge

I have been scammed $69.95 for "The Grant Professor" that I have never ordered or requested via the Web. This money was debited from checking account with out my permission. I have found out that the phone number to call to cancel has been disconnected and that I discovered this is indeed a rip off scam.
