First off this company sent a bill in my (at the time) 6-week old son's name. That set me off. I went ahead and paid their stupid bill like an idiot. I had to call information to get their phone number, being the cowards that they are, they do not print their phone number on any of their correspondance. So when I finally got a hold of one of their customer service representatives, I had explicitly explained to them "NEVER SEND ME ANYTHING AGAIN!"
All was fine and dandy until about a month or so ago. I get home from work and notice a big box sitting on my back porch. I looked at the shipper's name and it read "Groiler Books." I thought "Great, here we go again!" They sent me a bill for over $100.00 for these books." Well, I just had to call them and complain, AGAIN. They stated that they will be sending me a pre-paid label and I will need to send the books back and they will not send me any more bills. This had better be true!
How can a famous name company be so unethical. I remember reading books from Scholastic when I was a child. This the world that broke to where we need to rip each other off? Do these top corporate executives not have a heart? How would they like for their children to be treated so badly?
