I ordered a couple of pieces of underwear from abcunderwear.com. They were slow in arriving, but they did arrive within the specified time and were the correct items.
One of the items was extremely uncomfortable and made out of very poor quality materials.
The second item ripped as soon as I put it on. I wrote to the site asking for a refund or exchange, and received a message saying that they would not refund or exchange any clothing, regardless of defect.
To me, if a company ships a defective product, it is indebted to at least replace it. However, these people seem not to feel that way. I'd recommend using someone else.
