Before signing any contract with Bernard Haldane, ask yourself these questions:
1) Are you able to write your own resume, or if not, have the ability to pay a professional a few hundred dollars to have it done?
2) Do you know where to look for jobs via the newspaper, online job boards, attending job fairs, etc.?
3) Do you know how to network with your professional, friend and family contacts seeking new job opportunities?
4) Do you need to brush up on interviewing techniques? Are able to visit your local bookstore, library or download information online for no more than a few dollars?
If you answered yes to most or all of the above questions, than you do not need to pay Bernard Haldane $4,000 - $5,000 for this information! It is readily available online, in bookstores and in your local community government job help agencies.
The bottom line is Haldane asks for an exorbitant fee based not on what you are/were currently making, but they charge you based upon what they can fleece out of your pockets.
The fee is paid upfront because all they GUARANTEE is to work with you for three years to find employment. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE FINDING YOU A HIGHER PAYING JOB, contrary to what the Senior Vice President of the month leads you to believe, nor do they guarantee your satisfaction. That is why the fee is paid upfront and not at placement like othe reputable recruiting - placement agencies.
There is really a hidden job market out there and Haldane does not have it! You already possess it in your professional contacts and acquaintances, that is the BIG $5,000 HALDANE SECRET!
If you foolishly have already signed a contract with Haldane, don't despair. I was fooled too, but was successful in receiving a complete refund after signing the contract weeks later, so it can be done!
