Bernard haldane - high priced resume service

I had been working diligently with Bernard Haldane for over eighteen months and the only "benefit" received to date is a revised resume that has proven to be very ineffective. I have a Masters degree and have over twenty-five years of work experience.

During the eighteen month process with Haldane, they have been unable to provide any job leads or interviews. Essentially, it has been an expensive waste of my time.

Haldane claims to have a network of contacts and knowledge of unadvertised jobs. After eighteen months they have been unable to produce in either of these areas.

Any assistance in developing a strategy to obtain a refund from Haldane would be appreciated.
