I received a ticket in Florida and was ordered to take a driving class. I located this company because they guaranteed they would be other prices. I took the 4 hour course but never received my certificate. Nor was this reported to the county despite the fact that the online company requested my citation number.
Now I have discovered that my licencse is suspended. I have tried to contact this company at the phone numbers and email addresses I have with no response. I even have an email from when I signed up stating they would contact you within 30 minutes of receiving your email. What a joke.
I have wasted my entire day trying to contact them and now have given up. I am just going to have to take the class over again from another provider and pay for the class all over again. On top of that I have to pay a late fee! Do not trust this company!!!
