Ripoff X-Box Scam

This company seems to have a history of trying to rip people off. The main rip off problem I have (as others) is that their site says that FreeGiftWorld "will send you an email" and they do not. According to their site, this email is necessary to set up your password so that you can log in. You need to log in to check the status of the gift. You need to log in to download the certificate for your free gift.

When you are eligible for the gift, you must download a certificate and mail it within 30 days. The certificate must be downloaded printed and send within 30 days of eligibility. Here is my situation. I cannot log in—no original email. 30 days is counting. This gives me a 30 day countdown to get the company to do their part. The site contains NO VALID email address. The site contains NO VALID phone numbers.

Set up this way. It is impossible for me to send in my free gift certificate because I cannot log in nor contact them about the problem. Their site has a contact page. You enter your email, and then they are supposed to send you an email that you can use to contact them. Ha ha ha. That part conveniently does not work either.

I have tried [email protected], customersupport@mail. Freegiftworld.com, [email protected] and [email protected] all of which I have gathered from different sites... No go so far. I have also sent a registered letter (but 30 days it counting). I feel stung.
