Never sent merchandise, won't refund money

I bought a cat door from PetMarket.com over 2 months ago. They never delivered and I have tried in vain to get my money back. My account still says my order is pending. I have emailed several times with no response and called several times. One time someone answered the phone and looked up my order and said she would take care of it. It never happened and they now no longer answer the phone. I lost $60 to this company and have filed a report with the FTC.
