I had a similar issue as another poster on here. I purchased some items and needed to return them (faulty zipper on a dress). I expected them to apologize, send me a new dress and wait for my return but I was told I would need to pay for a new one in order to get it in less than 6 weeks. So I said forget it, and sent the entire order back.
I know when they received it - they added 5 days to that for me too. Then I called and emailed every few days asking for my $176 back and got pat responses each time that it takes 6 weeks. I asked to speak to on the phone or via email, a manager and that never happened.
I finally filed a report online with the BBB and the next day a manager left me a long, apologetic voice mail and my money was back in my account. They have some cute clothes that are reasonable priced but I will NEVER order from them again. I had to run in circles to stop getting emails from them and three months later I'm STILL getting catalogs. What a waste of paper and postage. I would only recommend buying from them if you're sure you're not going to want to return anything.
