I purchased a dress from their website, and it did not fit. When I tried to return the dress the web site instructions clearly stated that “you must contact them for a return code and that you must have the invoice number to do so. However when I received the dress there was no invoice number listed on the receipt. I tried 3 times to contact them by email and 4 times to contact them by phone. After 6 weeks I finally got to a customer service agent who instructed me to “just return the item” to them. So I sent it back to them via registered mail, after 3 more weeks when they had not credited me the amount of the dress ($220.00) I once again tried to call them, after leaving 6 messages without a call back I called the corporate office and demanded that they take care of this issue. After another 2 weeks I was contacted by them and told that they were in the process of crediting my account … two weeks latter I had still not been credited so once again I contacted them, only to get the same response … so I called them every day for the next two weeks until they finally credited my account …. But they only credited me for the amount of the dress and somehow neglected to include the $18.20 tax. Furious I called them again for another 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for them to credit my account … on top of all of the issues that I had I still had to pay for the shipping (both ways) with a total cost to me of $30.84... I will never order anything from this so called high end fashion company with the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced from an online order. Laura Beirman
