If you are reading this and feel or think that you were unlawfully terminated, unlawfully underpaid, unlawfully discriminated against, unlawfully retaliated against, and/or unlawfully discharged after injuring yourself at work or unlawfully being denied unemployment compensation by Sweetbay Supermarket in the State of Florida I would like to know about it.
As of this writing, there are two (2) cases in Collier County, FL regarding unlawful retaliatory discharge and other pending charges (2 attorneys), and I am sure there are more cases... Judging from the current reports on this site from those who worked for Food Lion - Delhaize America - Delhaize Group - Sweetbay Supermarket - Hannaford Brothers.
