This evening I made a beef stew for dinner, flavoring it with a package of dry beef stew seasoning mix from Hannaford. The number below the bar code is 41268 12893 8. Some seasoning in the mix made the whole meal inedible, causing me to throw out 2# of beef along with the potatoes, carrots, onions, etc. It was costly for me to do so, as we are on a fixed income.
Needless to say, I threw out the other 5 packages of this mix that I had purchased, and I will not purchase this product again. Whatever it was, it made the whole meal very bitter.
