I have a magic jak i can not make out going calls i can receive them i am totally blind and use a screen reader called jaws for windows i chatted with 8 different reps in two days they told me there is a problem with the magic jak because i didnt have the order number they will not replace it and to go ahead and contact the media also there website is extremely graphical based this does not work well for screen readers i informed them of my concern two weeks ago was told i would here from someone in 12 hours that never happened
