Heritage Web Solutions Company injuries the disabled!
On or about March 26, we contacted Heritage to set up a website and store for Clayton K who, at age 14, was attached by a gang six years ago on February 28. He died that night. With the help of God and numerous doctors at San Francisco General Hospital he was brought back to life. He remained in a coma for several months.
Upon awaking he discovered he suffered from a stroke and severe traumatic brain injury. For over six years we have been working with Clayton to help bring him back to recovery. He was a star football player in his first year of high school. He now suffers from a traumatic brain injury, loss of eye site and suffers the impact of the stroke on his left side. According to his doctors, chances are he will not be able to take care of himself financially throughout his lifetime.
With these circumstances in mind we contacted Heritage Web Solutions. We explained the need we had to set up a webpage and store for Clayton so he would have a financial income for the remainder of his life.
We told by Heritage that Heritage was one of the best. We were told that they would take care of Clayton. We received their marketing materials and reviewed them. We believed the marketing materials put out by Heritage about their services. He hired Heritage and paid them as they demanded.
What we discovered was that Heritage Web Solutions could care less about how they treat their clients especially their disabled clients. From March 26 to the end September they have failed to complete the website and the store as promised.
We have sent numerous emails, over 300, to get Clayton's website and store working properly on line. We have received numerous promises the work would be completed as represented but it has not been completed.
We have been told that they were putting their BEST designers on the work. But that has not happen. We have repeatedly demanded when the site would be completed but no finalization has been provided.
Contrary to Heritage's representations we can honestly say that no one in their right mind should ever work with that company.
Their marketing representations are outright lies.
We were constantly bill and paid up front for all services they performed even though they did not either complete them nor do the work.
It finally got down to the point we have had to file a fraud complaint with our bank to stop them from withdrawing money without completing their work and are considering a fraud complaint with the District Attorney's action should their work not be completed within the next few days.
In summary, we can honestly say Heritage and its employees totally disregard the disabled. Those employees who have worked on Clayton's site have fully understood the seriousness of his circumstances and the need to have this project completed but Heritage and its employees has failed to complete this project since March 26.
