I am a victim of PayPal.com. They ripped me off. First, after my payment cleared, they will not let me close the account. I had another payment, but it was canceled, and they still will not let me close the darn account.
The other one was liveperson.com. It was the same thing there. They will not let me close the account because of one of the experts who decided to raise the price after the transaction.
I wish PayPal knew what they were doing. It was cleared!
